Hi Fitbit community /team

im having issues like many others with numbers and letters missing off the screen.
I have had a read through the forums and have tried the things suggested like restarting, re-synching, changing the watch face ect and nothing has worked.
I even let the watch go flat to turn it off. I can’t get into the settings part of the watch as it won’t open. Has anyone  had any luck with this issue fixing itself?

for a watch that I have had for maybe 2 years I have had nothing but issues. Which is sad as my Fitbit blaze is still going. Please help

Hi @KimbersB - generally for OS corruption the remedy is to sync and factory reset, but it isn't without risk.

If you have a full information watch face you may not need to reset it, but if you do it from the watch Settings, About menu, wait 5 minutes for it to complete and then set it up again, as was done when you got it.

Thanks Guy.
only problem is I can’t get into the settings on the watch as it closes as soon as I open it.
the watch face I use is fine. I only have noticed this issue about 2 weeks ago while at a Pilates class. I thought I had accidentally paused the workout as the numbers weren’t very high.
If I can’t turn the watch off or factory reset by settings, is there any other options?

@KimbersB - if you can't get to settings you can factory reset it using the button.

It is probably best to chat via the Fitbit App, Help & support section, Contact Customer support for help with that.
