Hi,
my Sense is able to synchronize once per week in average! (If it does) This is very frustrating. Sense can storage maximum data for one week and I've lost several days of workouts or sleep tracking data
When will there be a solution for this?
I have this problem for months and I've done everything you are supposed to do several times (pair, unpair, reinstall app, etc)
I stopped the subscription already in January and I won't pay for it again until Sense works as it's supposed to work

HI @Jggjfhjkt - a new V4 Fitbit App was released in September 2023 which can cause problems.
It may be easily remedied [temporarily] see How to do a quick fix for Fitbit App not syncing

That doesn't work unfortunately! I have even restarted my phone and gone one by one step like mentioned there.
It's very annoying how bad it works. Last time it synced was Saturday and today is Friday...

Hi @Jggjfhjkt - if the simple fixes are not working try What should I do if I lose my Fitbit device?
This will help check that the watch is locatable and what more intense troubleshooting will be necessary.

Hi! Thanks for that, I've installed the Bluetooth finder but everything that it finds appear as N/A, so it's not possible to know if one of them is Fitbit
