The technology exist and the fine film could be linked to Fitbit sensor or to the app via Bluetooth.

Anyone interested feel free to look into it.

@pleighton   Thanks for sharing this very interesting information.  This is a research article, only one step in the path to get this technology into use.  This would probably get classified as a medical device and would need FDA approval for release.
