My sense watch will only charge to 99%. Was charging, as it should to 100% when i recieved my watch in may of this year (2022). This is a new issue that just started about a week ago. So far its done it the last 3 charge cycles. I've tried differant charging plugs and locations, with no luck. Also Not getting the 4 day life from a charge. Maybe 2 if im lucky. Not using, gps, snore monitor, or always on disply. That started happening about a month after i recieved my watch. When new, it would last 4 days no problem. But i did paired my cronometer app as i had a issue with the food tracker on the fitbit app. So not sure if that maybe part of the issue.
I turned in my old ionic, because of a battery recall issue in may. I purchased this sense watch as a replacment. So i hope theres no issue with this watch to. Because It took almost 3 months to get reinbursted for that watch. I'm going to contact customer service about this issue. Just don't want to be without my watch for any amout of time.
Has Anyone else had any of these issues? If so, did you solve the problem or get a replacement watch.
Thanks

Hi, @Jhyrup2022 welcome, the charging percentage is not an issue, we are talking about 1/100th of battery capacity/state of charge here. My "Sense" behaves in exactly the same way. So far as recharge intervals are concerned I'm getting about 2 days between charges, it depends on how much exercise you take, how frequently you sync and illuminate the screen and the number of notifications you get on your device. I'm swimming 90 minutes a day and doing the usual daytime activities, with no snore report or GPS.
I hope this helps.
Cheers

I used to get a week from mine. I updated it last week and now it doesn’t even last 2 days. The battery drained while I was sleeping with no notification that it was low. I had 78% before going to bed.

I spoke to customer service and I’m outside my warranty window so they offered me a discount on a new one. Nice since it worked fine until the update. 😡

Unpair the chronometer app and see if battery life improves.
