My Fitbit sense will not monitor my respiratory activity during the night. I have never gotten a reading on my respiration in any respect. Further, I cannot get a Readiness score and it always acts as though I am not wearing the watch to bed. These functions simply do not work and customer service has been totally unhelpful. Any similar issues?

Hi @HMS1 - check your heart rate shown to see if there is a sudden drop and it remains mainly low at night, if not it may be why it's not detecting sleep.
Make sure the watch is clean and worn comfortably, setup a sleep schedule in watch Settings so you are not disturbed and in your web profile set the sleep sensitivity to sensitive, it may help, and check you have dominant hand set correctly while there and submit the changes and sync your watch again.
