I'm really confused, and really demotivated today. I increased my steps to over 15K from 11k yesterday, I increased Active Zone minutes from 12 to 33, I increased floor from 5 to 9, and yet I'm showing that I burned more calories yesterday than I did today! I really feel deflated by this. Can anyone explain this? I always wear my watch (take it off to charge for an hour or so eery couple of days).
What's the point of the extra activity? If I open the active minutes, there's a LOT more calories burned than yesterday, yet my overall calorie reading is less than yesterday. This makes no sense! Any insight would be much appreciated x
