Voice calls are not synchronized between mobile and Sense

My watch is still “ringing” after I have answered the call on my mobile and is ringing constantly during the entire call. Is there any way to fix this issue?

I’m sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Sense.

 

Please follow the next steps:

 

  1. On your phone, turn Bluetooth off and back on.
  2. Restart your Fitbit device. For instructions, please visit this article.
  3. Remove Sense Controls from the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone.
  4. Set up on-wrist calls again by following the steps in this article in the menu "How do I set up on-wrist calls on my Fitbit device?".
