Sleep stages are not recorded-Sense

My full sleep data is not being displayed. 8 days now with no full reporting.  Just simplified data.  Seems like this was issue with Fitbit app back in Feb, but was resolved.  I’ve done the gamut of logging in and out. Connecting, disconnecting, reconnecting Bluetooth.  Uninstall app then reinstall and finally remove device from app, factory reset of Watch and the n reinstall  and set up watch again with no luck.  Any suggestions??
