Since October 30th, 2024 the following functions on my Fitbit Sense have ceased working:
- Sleep Duration
- Daily Readiness
- Active Zone Min
- Hourly Activity
- Health Metrics
- Heart Rate
- Skin Temperature Variation
- Body Temperature
- Stess Management Score
I have already done the following, twice:
- Reset.
- Disconnected and reconnected watch from app.
- Deleted and reinstalled app.
- Looked for watch update, there is none.
Feeling super frustrated to have an expensive watch that only tells time and tracks steps. Anyone else have these issues and been able to solve them?
Thanks for any help you can give!

Hi @TeresaHart - when you swipe up the watch face, or swipe left and tap on Today app do you see any of those informations?

Thanks for asking. I have done that and it shows that none of those things are being recorded.

@TeresaHart- it would seem your watch has a fault and it may be necessary to do a factory reset [ rather than a restart, if that is all you did so far ] and reinstall it in the Fitbit App to check it is not just a minor issue with the software.
If there was an event on October 30th, 2024 which caused this issue, like swimming, it is more than likely a hardware fault. If you get no flashing lights on the back it would indicate the heart rate sensor has failed which is needed for many measurements.

Thanks for your help. Nothing different happened on that date. I did try a factory reset and that didn't fix it. I deleted and reinstalled the app twice, no change. The lights on the back aren't on so I assume the heart rate sensor has failed and that's that.
Thank you again!
