I just received my Fitbit Sense and I'm having multiple issues with it. First off - the watch had a 57% charge with I received it (according to all I had read for a full charge should have taken 12 minutes - it took over an hour to full charge - I timed it). Once it was fully charged, I started the set up - having made sure while waiting for the watch to charge to make sure that my iPhone was update on its updates, etc. This took over 4 hours to set up since I could not get the Sense Controls to connect (and they will not stay connected - I just had to reconnect them - this seems to be an ongoing issue). Since the reason I submitted my old Fitbit to my extended warranty for "repair/refund" was because it no longer held a charge when I went to bed that first night, I checked the charged on this new watch and it had already dropped to 85%. I recharged the watch (it took 3 hrs. to get a full charge), and then went to bed. The next morning, I checked the battery and sure enough the charge was at 85%. I uninstalled almost every app I could think of (ones I knew I would never use and ones that I only used occasionally but the battery is still not wanting to hold a charge and as stated before the Sense Controls will NOT stay connected (which is one of the reasons why I paid extra for this watch instead of getting the Charge 3. Unfortunately, I had to go through Amazon since my extended warranty was with them, and if I return this watch I will get a gift card and to get another Sense will cost me an additional $100 at this point since they are no longer on sale. It is ridiculous to put something on the market that doesn't work as can be seen from the multiple post to this forum

The sense controls will not stay connected. They auto connect when a call comes in etc.
See very last stmt in this help file:

"...according to all I had read for a full charge should have taken 12 minutes."
I've never heard that anywhere. 1 hour and change is the right full charge time. 45 minutes has gotten me 7% to 93%. The last 7% takes forever. I personally just do quick top off charging once in a while when I shower and get ready.
I believe Sense Controls is only connected when for phone calls. It's not all the time. That would probably kill the battery super fast.
Your drop of 15% overnight sounds like you have snore and noise detection on. It does warn that it uses up more battery with it on. Personally, I had that one for 5 days and turned it off when I saw that there were no disturbances. It did do around 20% drain. SpO2 is also a decent drain but I've kept it on as it's in the Health Trends. For me, I get around 9% battery drain over 7 hours of sleep.
