Do you have to have a premium account on any of the music apps to use them or can you not have to have a paid account? I have an account on all of those but I see no point in paying for my apps since the ads don't bother me.

@cancer236 yes. You need subscription to Deezer and Pandora for music content. Spotify allows only for music playback control really and also requires premium account.

Ah, why wouldn't you want to pay for music if that means you can easily listen to whatever you like and want at the moment? I mean Spotify is pretty cheap if you ask me. I'm a person that really likes listening to music every single second of their life, so I see this as a basic necessity for me, haha. I'm an film major and I even work with music on every project that I'm required to make, stock audio that is. Do you know how exciting Royaly music can be? I think a few of my all-time favorite soundtracks are from the site I use to find the audios. Music is such a broad concept, I would pay how much it's needed to be able to listen to some amazing stuff.

But the other point is why should we have to pay to listen to music we already own? You CANNOT listen to personal music on any new Fitbit now (and I have over 460 albums in MP3 format which I can't listen to on my Sense/Versa 3) and I am also forced to keep my phone with me if I want to use Spotify as being in the UK Pandora is unavailable and Deezer is virtually unheard of!

Bad move by Fitbit here especially with other makes allowing you to load your own music, not require a premium membership or even a music subscription if you don't want it.

Exactly we pay for so many subscriptions already.  Adds in music, or on the radio don't bother me.

@GabrielleMeece- as long as you have a phone with your music or Spotify on it, you can use Music Controls on the watch and don't need any extra premium. It means any files loaded on your phone can be played. The only thing you can't do with your own music or Spotify is play them without a phone. In any case Music Controls is in many ways better than Spotify Controls and is free.
