Does anyone have any ideas on what to do? Received this as Christmas gift 2021 and in February 2022 it stopped taking a charge and remained at 0%. Tried different charging cable and it worked ‘til this month but quit again. Tried usual tricks and two new cable chargers. Any ideas? Do I mail it back? If so, anyone know tge best way?

I am having same problem with charging , they sent me a new watch no charger , it took a week to get and have same problem with new watch, so probably charger. Now have to wait another week to get new watch and after talking to a supervisor a charger as well. I am very angry to have to wait another week, tried talking to customer service and they said they email me when they looked at case. I work at a place that sells fibits as well as other health watches , I guess I should stop pushing Fitbit with this poor service. In the past it was easy to sell as i could show on my hand. I even paid the extra for premium service. You would think they would have wanted to have someone like me happy with their product rather very unhappy. You know what they say one unhappy person tells thousands when they are unhappy!

Hi @Redfox66 , @mkcomicman2 - there are several issues that need special attention to make sure your watch charges, cleaning the 4 contact holes properly and checking the charge cable, see How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
If your watch is under warranty and the cable is faulty request a replacement from Fitbit support but don't get a refurbished watch replacement as it is rarely the watch that is faulty and you may end up with a worse watch and lots more installation to do.
@mkcomicman2 - stock up on decent charge cables - I get a better result with a more robust charge cable [click photo] - that way you can keep the customers happy!
