Hi i have had a Sense 2 for just under a month now and yesterday my watches battery went flat, today i went to go charge the watch and the watch will show fitbit logo on charge and for a few seconds once off charge. Now the watch wont turn on and when i click the side button there is a white stripe that appears everytime i press the button in different locations
Hope to find a solution if someone has one
Things ive tried:
Changing clock face, holding the side button for 10,20 and 30 seconds and also done same on charge

Let me help you with your Sense 2 that is constantly vibrating and not turning on. I appreciate the efforts you have already made by restarting the device and changing the clock face.
Have you tried to set up your Sense as a new device?
- From the Today tab in the Fitbit app on your phone, tap the devices icon .
- Tap Add more devices.
- Choose the Sense 2 from the list and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
