My Sense screen is damaged

The 2nd day after taking my Fitbit Sense 3 out of the box - I brushed it against my counter and the screen shattered. I had my last fitbit for 3 years and it was a tank.  Highly disappointed that the screen is not made more resilient or out of Gorilla Glass or something of the like.  I read another thread that said Fitbit will not replace screens, disappointing.

Fitbit - I spent nearly $400 on this product and I want to use it.  Can you please tell me how I can purchase a replacement screen? Or is there a third party that repairs these products? I've called several and they all tell me they can't source the parts. Are you selling parts to repair stores?

If it's the Versa 3 you are talking about it doesn't have Gorilla Glass but the Fitbit Sense does. You are also in the wrong forum for the Versa 3 discussions

CybrHwk - I clearly stated above that I am referring to the Fitbit Sense 3.  You are in the wrong forum to be discussing the Versa 3 - please keep the thread on topic.

There's no such thing as a Fitbit Sense 3!

From fitbit site...but you're probably talking about Versa 3 as other already said.

Currently there are no reparation centers to fix Fitbit products. Our team is working constantly to improve our products and services. Your feedback is highly appreciated.

 

- To avoid any misunderstanding, our most recent products are Fitbit Versa 3 and Fitbit Sense.

- The Fitbit Sense is actually made out of Gorilla® Glass 3 as mentioned above and specified in the Official Site .

- If there is any third party that repairs Fitbit products we are not selling parts to them.

- We don't sell replacement screens.
