Bought the sense for myself for mother's day. It kept falling off my wrist, the band latch was broken. I sent it back on June 6th, still have not received my refund or anything at all. The watch was a p.o.s. right out of the box. Over $200 for nothing!

I bought my Fitbit in May and purchased the insurance. Yesterday the button latch detached from the band. It hasn't been exposed to water at all and I haven't been wearing it tight. I tried to file a claim but found that there is a $35 deductible so why bother. The bands are garbage.

Hi, @samrmichael96 , welcome, you should talk to "Customer Support" and use the Chat facility or phone for a prompt response. Bear in mind Fitbit's warranty has a time limit and excludes liability for accidental dame unless you've taken out the extended warranty.
