My Sense battery drains quickly

I have had my sense for about a year.  I noticed suddenly my battery drains quickly.  I charged last night and I’m at 59% today with old a 5 mile  gps run.

 

i have tried new cable

cleaned connections 

shut off after each gps workout

changed to a bland clock face (Fitbit)

called customer support and repeated above

 

i did get a new iPhone 13 and that’s when I noticed

 

ive re paired and disconnected and repeated.  I also noticed it doesn’t stay connected.

 

any resolution hope

I’m sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Sense. Thank you for trying to get them resolved before contacting us.

 

If after following the instructions provided by Customer Support you continue having issues with your Fitbit device's battery life please let them know in order to get further assistance. I'm pretty sure they will do their best to provide a high level of support.
