My sense suddenly stopped working. Battery ok but can't restart.
All manuals say to press the button for 30 seconds but WHERE is the button?

Hi, @Unifit, welcome to the community, with the "Sense" in your left hand, face towards you, buckle end of the band at the top you will see a shallow long indentation on the left side of the device. This is referred to as the "Button", it's not a button but a sensor (there's no mechanical action). To press the button squeeze the button side and the opposite side of the device (often referred to as the pebble) together between your index thumb & index finger - putting pressure on the button and hold for about 20 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears then release. After a further 35 seconds or so your "Sense" should be up & running again.
Let us know how you get on.
Cheers

Hi @Unifit - if you put your watch on charge (providing it is working) it should start by itself.
Check it doesn't get hot because if it stopped suddenly it could be from water damage.
It could also be from a flat battery in which case charging will solve the problem.
