There are known problems with chargers - check the 4 pins are equally prominent.

Have a look at the suggestion posted here it may help isolate the cause.

And also Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

If that fails try Fitbit Support. They may be able to help you with a replacement as its still under warranty.

Same issue.  New charger, etc.  Dead as a door nail.  My Sense is not that old! Very disappointing.

Hi @SunsetRunner - have you checked the new charger, cleaned the terminals on the back of the watch as described and used a PC as power source?

Sometimes the watch doesn't start when charging and has to be started with the button. If neither are working did the watch get wet at some point? Or stop suddenly?

YES...all recommended troubleshooting have been done. I did not get it
wet, as I always take off before I shower, etc. I treat it as if it were
not waterproof, as I do not trust that. It is currently plugged in the PC
and dead.

I would like a replacement, please.

Thank you.

@SunsetRunner -  can you chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support, to make sure there is a fault.

If so, take it back to where you bought it for replacement under warranty.

I bought it from FitBit. I'll see if I can actually reach someone. Thanks.

Clean watch and charger with rubbing alcohol before charging.  It works for me every time.

Thank you and I have done this, even with the new charger. Fitbit helped
me out and is sending me a replacement. Fingers crossed!
