HI FitBit Community!
The battery in my Sense was flat for about three days. Now it doesn't charge at all.
I have left it charging for the day and came home to 0% battery.
My Sense it about 18 months old. Could that be a faulty/dead charging cable?
I've cleaned the charging points but it clearly did not help.
has anyone had that happening, too?

We tried everything support told us. Then they finally said that it was broken and I needed a new fitbit. It wasn't under warranty anymore.

Check it is as sson as you start charging it. They are natorious for not charging correctly. The charger does not make good contact when attached, it will show its charging and then slow charging. It is is a terrible design and for the price of them you would think it wouldn't be. You have to move the charger to find the right position for it to continue charging. Also, check the charger and make sure all the pins are sticking up, anothe flaw and new chargers will do the same thing after a while. I will definitely buy a different brand next time because, like I said, the price of them and they don't make good products like the used to do.

Same thing happened to me. I talk to customer service and basically they say "fitbit doesn't fix fitbit" (absurd, right?). I Live in the US and we only have 1 year of warranty, if you live in Europe you have 2 years of warranty, so take advantage of it.
