my sense was a black screen when I woke up and took it off the charger. Thought it would restart no issue. Got to work and still black screen, 2 hours later I took it off and tried getting it to do anything! Then it went to this grey screen like it wants to work but not really. In the app it shows my steps and will sync no problem but I can't SEE anything on the device! Ugh I dont want to spend the $$ again on another device fitbit or not! Not happy!

Hi @SunsetRunner - just in case it is a clock face fault can you swipe the face to the left and see Settings and launch icons?
If so change the clock face from the Fitbit App.

Did that nothing the screen is messed up.

@SunsetRunner - Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
Also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
If it is still under warranty, 1 or 2 years depending on country law, and found faulty it may be better to take it to the shop for a new replacement, rather than accepting a refurbished replacement from Fitbit and dealing with sometimes drawn out return and shipping issues that may occur

I already did that, my warranty is done, they gave me a coupon code to buy another new one but I'm thinking about leaving fitbit. They haven't been the greatest for me with buying new devices every 7-12 months. Thanks

Purchased My Sence March 2022. My Sence has just gone blank - Fitbits did a recall in march this year for the Iconic I applied for the refund and after going round in circles I contacted there Manchester Office spoke with a guy who said his name was MIKE, who said he would pass my details on - NO THING , no refund.
Because of the problem with now my Sence - I looked up there Manchester Office phone number and guess what -
I am now expected to phone the USA.
WHO DO I SEND MY SENCE BACK TO?

Before sending your Sense back check How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen it may be a charging issue.
