So I have had my Sense for a while and worked fine.I took it off and put it down and didn't see it was on the ice pack I was using. The logo appeared. I picked it up and can't get it to show anything other than the logo. I have hard reset many times. And won't go past the logo. Is there someone else I can do to fix the issue? (I've had my fitbit for 5 months)

Hi, @markrob2892, welcome to the community, it is possible you have damaged your "Sense" see these details from the manual-
Operating temperature | 14° to 113° F |
Non-operating temperature | -4° to 14° F 113° to 140°F |
Charging temperature | 32° to 95° F (0° to 35° C) |
Water resistance | Water resistant up to 50 meters |
Humidity range | While Fitbit Sense can operate in humidity conditions between 0% and 100%, we recommend not operating in conditions over 60% for prolonged periods of time. |
Maximum operating altitude | 28,000 feet (8,534 m) |
I would suggest you allow your device to warm up slowly and place it on charge. Make sure the charge cable pins are in good order and the back of your "Sense" is clean - I use rubbing alcohol (there are lots of posts on this issue) Give at least an hour.
Try to "Restart" your "Sense" squeeze the side button for about 20 seconds and release once the logo appears. The device should be up and running in about 35 seconds. If this does not work your best option will be to talk to "Customer Support" bear in mind the warranty may exclude accidental damage if you did not buy the FPP.
I hope this helps.
Cheers

I have tried draining the battery and charging to 100, full reset, it stays on the Logo.
I am going to have to see if they will replace it. I bought it on Amazon March 11th 2022.
