My Sense looses sync

My sense looses connection everyday. 

It will not sync, I've turned off Bluetooth, I've rebooted my phone, restarted my fit bit. 

 

The only thing that works is to do a hard reset and set it all up over again, every single day. 

 

What is happening, how can I solve this? 

My app.is up to date, my phone is up to date.

I’m sorry to hear that you are having difficulties to sync your Fitbit Sense. Your time while dealing with this situation is highly appreciated.

Please make sure Power Saving Mode or Battery Saver is turned off on your device. This mode frequently causes the device to disable Bluetooth.
