My Sense restarts every time I hit my Daily 10k Goal

Hi guys,

As above. For the past few days, every time I reach my daily 10k step target my Sense vibrates as normal, I look at it (move wrist to wake), briefly see the white shoe and then it appears to freeze and then restart... any ideas?

Do I need to do a factory reset or anything?

what exactly do you men by "restarts"?

Hi @slipd  - sync the watch and then try Shutdown from the watch Settings menu. Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart it and charge it. It may help.

If not try changing the clock face.

As in I see a partial bit of the default 10k achievement animation, if I happen to turn my wrist in time, before the screen goes dark momentarily and then returns with the Fitbit logo. Normal operation is eventually resumed.
