Please help as I'm getting really fed up now. My sense won't connect to my Samsung phone to receive calls. If I ring my phone the sense does nothing. If I do a test call from the settings in the App I get a communication error. I've done all the restarts reconnects turning off and on ect. I've also tried a different phone and had a replacement sense but still no joy. Has anyone else had this that could advise me.
Many thanks
Mark

Hi @pooshoe - on the phone go to Bluetooth and click on Sense Controls Gear icon and turn it on [it will only stay on briefly].
In the Fitbit App click profile photo, device photo and On-wrist calls and make sure it connects.
If it is still a problem try restarting the phone and the watch.
These are the first simple steps that should fix it.
Also visit watch Settings, Vibration & audio, scroll to Music controls & on-wrist calls and turn on and repeat the above if it is still an issue.
