My husband and my son gave me a Fitbit Ionic as a birthday gift in January 2020. Its screen fell off in May 2021. Fitbit offered me a 30% discount and I bought my first Sense immediately which its screen fell off in January 2022!!!! They sent me a replacement which its screen fell off in May 2022!!!! I glued it since it was working fine. However, its screen fell off again a few days ago. I glued it again but its screen is not responding to input this time!!!! I contacted the customer service. This time it is apparently out of its warranty!!!! and and they offered me a 35% discount to buy another one! It sounds like a joke, but is real! Why would I pay for another $300 device that only lasts a few months and must be replaced. I am sooo disappointed 😞
