Skullcandy Bluetooth earbud pairing failed with sense

I just got a Versa and am trying to pair a set or Skullcandys Seshevo Bluetooth headphones. S

 

 

 

1.Unpaired the headphones from my phone

 

2. Went into Pair mode. Headphones announce to launch Bluetooth and pair

 

3. Turned on Bluetooth on the Versa

 

 

 

The Versa finds the headphones right away and says "pairing", but after a minute or two I get a connection failed message. Tried restarting the Versa. Attempted several goes at pairing, same message each time. Help please,.
