My Sense screen suddenly broke down

Dear Fitbit,

 

it is very hard to get in touch with your company unfortunaly. My fitbit screen suddenly broke down a couple of weeks ago: it shows red stripes. I want to return it but I can’t find any option how to do this in the Netherlands. Can you please contact me on my emailadress of phonenumber? And tell me how to send it so you can check my watch? 🙂 thanks in advance.

Hi @Lisssk - probably best to chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.

 

If you bought it in a shop you can take it there for replacement if it is still under warranty.
