This is the second one to die on me , I get about a year and a half out of them. Time to try someone else!

Hi there, @Drnothappy. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that your Sense has stopped working. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
To better assist you, would you mind giving me more details of the issue? Is your Sense not charging, not syncing? May I know if you've tried some troubleshooting steps so far? Looking forward to hearing from you.

Best AnswerSame here I am on my 4th Fitbit since 2024 they do not last more than a year. Time to switch to another brand. I can’t see spending over $300.00 and get about a year out of them. Good features poor product for longevity.
Hi, did you (or anyone else) get any communication back from the company on why this firmware update killed so many Senses? I'm on my third Sense pebble and am just so angry that a AUD$500 smartwatch fails so often. I have so many accessories which will now be useless if I can't get a replacement pebble.
Yeah, I really don't think they care at all. It's google, they have other big money makers. Planned obsolescence is now the norm, so they aren't concerned with making technology last longer. It's really sad and I would love to find another brand I can trust so I am going to look elsewhere for a new watch.
