This is the second one to die on me , I get about a year and a half out of them. Time to try someone else!

Hi there, @Drnothappy. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that your Sense has stopped working. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

To better assist you, would you mind giving me more details of the issue? Is your Sense not charging, not syncing? May I know if you've tried some troubleshooting steps so far? Looking forward to hearing from you.

I just posted almost the same thing! I never got a full year from 2 of them. Going back to my Charge 3, which is still going strong.

Same here I am on my 4th Fitbit since 2024 they do not last more than a year. Time to switch to another brand. I can’t see spending over $300.00 and get about a year out of them. Good features poor product for longevity.

Sorry I meant since 2020.

Mine just stopped working also.  I'm debating on what to get next.

Mine also stopped working a couple weeks ago. So disappointed with the direction this company has gone after almost 10 years as a customer.

Hi, did you (or anyone else) get any communication back from the company on why this firmware update killed so many Senses? I'm on my third Sense pebble and am just so angry that a AUD$500 smartwatch fails so often. I have so many accessories which will now be useless if I can't get a replacement pebble.

I don’t think they want to replace anymore Sense watches. I have had a case open for mine and it seems like they are just giving me the run around. I’m looking for something other than a Fitbit as I don’t think they care about their consumers at this point. Poor customer service since Google took over.

Yeah, I really don't think they care at all. It's google, they have other big money makers. Planned obsolescence is now the norm, so they aren't concerned with making technology last longer. It's really sad and I would love to find another brand I can trust so I am going to look elsewhere for a new watch.

Yes it's unfortunate but mine is still under warranty and I can't get onto
their support centre. It keeps going in circles! This might indeed be their
sneaky ploy of not having to honour any statutory warranty. Pretty sure
it's against every consumer protection rights legislation anywhere in the
world. I just want my money back now but I can't find how to do this!
