The clock face fell off on Saturday.
Sleep has not been registered for more than minutes the past 3 weeks. It is not very reassuring when it registers sleep time, and SPo2, when it is not worn...
Edit: I also have a pulse, and I'm given "Activity Mins" 🤔
Moderator edit: updated subject for clarity

I got a new Sense, but no answer to how it is possible for a broken device to register sleep and healthmetrics.

Thanks for your response, @LokeAa.
I'm glad to hear that your Fitbit Sense was replaced.
Since sleep tracking and SpO2 are based on your heart-rate, when not wearing your Watch please place it upside down with the green lights pointing towards the ceiling.
Have a nice day.

Thanks for your response, @LokeAa.
Actually, there is no option to turn off the heart-rate sensor on the Fitbit Sense. Sorry for the misunderstanding. I just edited my response above to avoid any confusion.
Have a nice day.
