My Sense will not sync and I also noticed that it is not connected to my iPhone anymore.

Hi, @JuliaR81, welcome to the community. May I draw your attention to these articles How do Fitbit devices sync their data? and Why won't my Fitbit device sync? You should also make sure you have allowed all permissions in the Fitbit app on your phone and that any battery-saving function on your phone has been disabled for the Fitbit app. This last is because some phones treat the app as non-essential and close it down when it needs to run constantly in the background.
