My Sense won't connect to bluetooth

I am new here and just received my Sense watch.  No real instructions on what program to download.  Called support and was told to download the fitness/health one.  Now the watch will not connect with Bluetooth on my iPhone or iPad Pro.

 

Before I call support does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi @labill  lots to learn with a new Sense. You don't pair the Sense to your bluetooth, but it uses it. You actually pair to your email address/account. First link to read is How do I get started with the Sense. It has step by step information for you. Next, the User manual and the area where you can find everything Sense related. We're here for you, too.

Odyssey13 helped me get my watch set up and going to the right places.  

 

Having done that I cannot find out how to setup up the 02 so that bI can read it.

@labill below you will find a link to the help docs where your user manual, with both downloadable and online versions are avaikible. 

BTW when the Sence was first turned on, a website address was displayed fitbit.com.setup this page directs the user to the proper app.
