I can’t get messages or calls on my Sense nor can I get the weather. I hade to go to Charge 2 I ought my Charge 2 in 2017 and I have never had problems but I decided on the Sense because it had more features. So I’m back with Charge 2 I’m hoping I can use my Fitbit Sense.If I can get it to work right.

The Sense needs to have all the notifications turned on that you want, be connected to your Bluetooth, and the app needs to be running in the background in order to get those features to function properly.

Hi @AZMM - is it possible that your sense is simply not syncing?

Have you tried restarting both watch and phone as a first step?

However if it was working and now not, it is likely to be the bug the the latest version of the Fitbit App.
