Hello, my fitbit (10 month old Sense) has just died and went through the troubleshooting with an online chat. Its been agreed that its died - the choice is 50% off a new one or a complimentary replacement. Anyone know if the complimentary replacement is NEW or REFURBISHED one????? - having bought two this time last year for xmas, a refurbished one would be an insult!!!!

Hi @charliereed you can read more about the policy here - click to read information. Usually they send what is available in the warehouse when they receive your order. If it's a refurb, that is when someone has returned an item due to it being the wrong size or color.
