I have been using (or trying to use) Fitbit devices since 2013. I have purchased maybe 6 watches with the thought that Fitbit must have fixed these issues by now. I cannot count how many hours I have spent trying to get the devices to do what they are advertised to do. Here I am in 2024 and still cannot get the watch to reliably receive notifications. A brief internet search clearly shows that these issues are widespread. For $300 one expects all product features to work. Connectivity should be simple as it is with every other bluetooth or WIFI device I use. It should work every time, all the time. I am sick of the "I'm so sorry you're having trouble..." responses as if I am the only person in existence with these issues. I'm done with Fitbit, no more chances.

I agree, since day 1 the watch never worked properly for me. I would never buy this piece of junk . If it weren't for having received it as a gift I would not waste money on a watch that won't work, it's a total ripoff. Wish I would have returned it for another brand that actually works.
