I have loved my Fitbit since 2009. As a person with ongoing health issues and a drive for endurance sports, these devices have been a go-to strategy for health. But in the last year, I have had FOUR Sense watches and every single face has fallen off. One was replaced by the warranty and then I bought a new one and now it is waiting on a replacement. I feel like a huge fool for having stuck with this watch. I got a notice from Fitbit saying that they'd ordered my replacement on September 12 and still, nothing. The chat support says that my case is "under review." I'm furious that I paid for a watch a few months ago and am now figuring out where else to spend my next couple hundred dollars.

I am equally frustrated!! I cannot get my Sense to charge. The charger and watch back have been cleaned, and I have changed the outlets. I can not afford to get another device. I have been a Fitbit user for seven years and a premium user for two years, but this is my fourth device. I think that is ridiculous!
