My experience with Sense and Customer Service

I have a 6mo old sense that is stuck in the dreaded reboot cycle. Fitbit won't warranty because I used the wrong seller on Amazon. Since there isn't anything wrong with the hardware, does anyone know of a way to reload the Fitbit?

I have worn a fitbit daily for the last 8 years. Probably has 6 different devices during this time. Including my wife and kids I have bought 15 different Fitbits. Really really fustersted they won't do anything to fix this stupid software glitch.

Mine got stuck last night as well, while I was wearing it and it was fully charged previous. Itt randomly went to logo screen and keeps flashing on and off. Hope we get a fix! Funny thing, they just now sent me a ten year badge.
