I have stared a previous thread about my sense crashing. Since then I've had an overwhelming response of people noting the same thing happening. I ran through trouble shooting with Fitbit 3 times with three different people. The Fitbit won't even charge anymore, it's gone. The last person I spoke with said they can't offer me anything other than the 35% off. They ignore when I mention how many people this has affected. They do not care. There is no reason to ever purchase a Fitbit product again. I wish they hadn't sold to Google - they are just killing the product and providing abysmal customer service under the Fitbit name.

Hi @Mckayg11 - there are numerous issues as you say and for firmware bugs, there are very few solutions, but it's important to correctly define the issue in the forum to get the best help.
The seals on some watches are not so robust and water can get in or the face even fall off.
However for charging problems there can be solutions if this applies to your watch see How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen it may help.

This is not a charging issue. It showed the logo for days only and then eventually moved on to not showing a face at all. Thos is a Fitbit issue. Read the rest of the threads.

Mine only shows the logo. Will not reset or factory restart. Eventually dies. Sometime won’t charge. But when it does it goes back to the log and is completely unresponsive. None of the offered solutions work. My call to customer service ended in them offering me a step by step solution through email. When I opened the email- it informed me my watch was out of warranty but they offered a 35% discount on a new device. I know realize that a solution wasn’t offered because there isn’t one.

Yeah, they don't care at all. They have no interest in providing answers or solutions. They do have the time to come on here and delete user posts that express frustration with FitBit. Horrible customer service.
