My experience with Sense and Customer Service

The heart rate monitor along with green flashing light in my Fitbit sense, has stopped working suddenly .when I called the customer service, I was bluntly told that my watch is out of warranty and nothing can be done. Some preliminary reset steps were taken but all in vain, it is one of the most expensive offering from Fitbit, but extremely poor quality. Very sad.

Hi @Prsar007 - a sudden change is often due to a serious fault such as water getting in or failed sensor. You may find other things not working well or start to fail.

It is unlikely a factory reset will fix it, but is a last resort in such cases.

I have a sense. My heart rate is reading in the app. The sensor was on and working. I lost my phone had to make a new account and everything as soon as I connected it to my new phone and everything the screen has -- if I change the watch face the heart rate is there but -- only on the spo2 tracker screen. So from what I can see there's nothing wrong with my watch it's just fitbit saying you can't use this it's just time for a new watch it has me upset

The cost of Google turning off features and limiting functionality fitbit would never had done this.
