My first Versa is better than Sense

My old versa model was working well it’s getting old design I have moved to sense it’s looks cool but not working like the my old Fitbit versa

Hi @pinebery007 - there are some good things about the original Versa, such as more reliable heart rate detection, better vibration, and unless there is a serious problem no charging issues. However the Sense can have a slightly longer battery life and a few nice features. It may take a little while to get to grips with the specifics. You can post questions in the forums for answers.
