In this case, since this is not a software-related issue, there is not much troubleshooting or recommendation we can provide. Therefore, what I can suggest is to contact our customer support team; they will provide you with information about the warranty of your device.

Literally just happened to me as well. I've never even worn my Sense in the shower, let alone any body of water. I'm shocked and extremely disappointed.
