My sense was a replacement for the recalled Iconic model. I was given a discount and paid additional to get the Sense. The fitbit just stop working July 15. I tried charging etc. The screen is black no flashing green lights. So since the warranty expired I have to purchase another fitbit. I have been with fitbit for more than 7 years and no loyal customer support.

Hi @ADP1227 - it is not uncommon for a watch to play dead. It may not be faulty, just in need of a charge - if you follow all the instructions in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen you might be lucky.

This same thing has happened to mine. I contacted customer support and was told they would review my warranty and get back to me via email, but I haven’t heard anything back yet.

Hi @CNanney87 - if you followed the instructions posted above and it's not working it's always a good idea tohold the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.
If they didn't offer to replace it under warranty they will knly offer you a small discount on the more expensive watches only which don't have all the features of your existing watch.

@Guy_ What’s weird is it was fully charged at the time I started having issues. It would just turn off on its own when wearing it. I’d turn it back on and after maybe 5 minutes it would do it again. Then it wouldn’t turn on at all and wouldn’t vibrate when pressing the button to turn it on.

Thanks @CNanney87 - try turning off Bluetooth on the phone to see if it behaves correctly.
Sometimes when changing clock faces it fails when syncing but watch works normally when not syncing.
