please help - my Fitbit sense won’t sync or connect, have reset both phone and watch, forgot watch and resync it to app but it won’t go past the 4 digit code keeps saying half way through there was an error while connecting!!
please help!!

Hi, @Vicky1989 , welcome to the community, It appears you are stuck setting up your Sense. May I draw your attention to these articles How do I set up my Fitbit device? and Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? , I do apologise if you have already seen them.
You do not mention the Make and model of your mobile phone, sadly some do not play well with Fitbit devices, this article Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker? explains in more detail.
I also suggest you focus on your mobile phone settings, go to your Fitbit app and check all the permissions are allowed, while there clear the cache and restart your phone. Make sure any battery-saving function is disabled as some phones close down the Fitbit app which needs to run in the background continuously, check that both Bluetooth and Wifi are on.
Please post here again if you are still not able to make progress.

Since it had dropped syncing, you may have to fix the sync problem before you will be able to set the tracker up. Simply telling Fitbit.com that you do not want to use the tracker, will not fix a communication error between the tracker and phone.

Did anyone ever help you with this? Mine has been doing this exact same thing for a while now. It’s infuriating!
