My sense no longer receives notifications

I have had to continually, sync, disconnect my sense, turn off system sharing etc in order to receive notifications since getting the sense and still continually doing these things but no notification a are coming through now even though I’ve picked what notifications to receive. This sense is new and shouldn’t be having these sorts of issues. Contemplating going back to an Apple Watch

You try holding the button until Fitbit logo appears then release and let the watch reset?

also turn off and on your phone.

I have done all of these things and continually have to turn my phone off for a while and then back on and notifications still don’t come through.

On the rare occasion they start coming through again it doesn’t last all day so have to repeat these processes multiple times a day.

I’ve done all of the tips and tricks on how to get notifications to my Fitbit and none of them work. This watch isn’t even 12 months old and so frustrating.

Hi, @Blissfull, have you checked to ensure Do Not Disturb is disabled on your "Sense"? Swipe left from the clock screen>settings>quiet modes>Focus mode off>DND off>Sleep mode off>scheduled mode off hours off. Return to clock face & sync your app on your phone.

Let us know how you get on (I apologise if you've tried this already).
