My sense won't swipe left or right

My fitbit no longer allows me to swipe left or right to access other app features on the interface. I am able to swipe up and down just fine. 

 

I've been trying to troubleshoot this problem myself but have ran out of ideas.

Restarting has not changed a thing. I let the fitbit drained flat and charged it and it has not fixed the issue either. I'm worried that it is the touch pad that is a problem.

@Kumori  - you may need to contact Fitbit support to do a factory reset, via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support

Mine won’t swipe left or right, up or down.

Restarted as advised , logged out, logged back in and still no good 

any ideas please guys ? 🙏🏼
