Hi @Beezy1978 your asking your fellow users for help.
May I ask for some screen shots to share what has been noticed.

Hi, Fellow FitBitter!
I’m trying to do two things:
Let other FitBitters with missing Stress Management Scores understand that theirs may be missing because they go to bed before 8 pm, and also let FitBit know that it would be better if the Stress Score could still show up, even if one is asleep before 8pm.
I’m fairly certain that is in their realm of capability. FitBit rarely disappoints me. I *love* my new information and want everyone to know how to access it, if they are wondering why they have no stress score.
I had assumed that wearing it to bed from 7:15 til the next morning at 4:30 would still let FitBit calibrate a stress score for me. Unfortunately, I tested the theory and it’s true. One must go to sleep *after* 8:00 pm or else it won’t be able to create the score.
Thank You for all your help in the Community, @Rich_Laue also, if you could let FitBit know about this, it would save a lot of frustration with customer support if they could clarify you must not start sleeping before 8pm or the log won’t count towards the stress management score. They had me doing all kinds of stuff to try to get it working, yet the answer was there the whole time. 🤷🏻:female_sign:🤓

The screen shot says that the user needs to be asleep for at least 3 hours between 8pm and 3pm tomorrow. Therefore going to bed at 7:30pm and waking up at 1am will have 3 hours of sleep after 8.

One would think... however, that is not the case.
I sure hope FitBit fixes this problem, because I’m married to a fella that works early mornings, and I like to wake up with him at 4:30 am. If I go to bed before 8 pm though, I get no stress score, which was bugging me a LOT. Yes, first-world problem, but... I want my Stress Score lol! 😋 Fortunately, I’m privileged enough to adjust my bedtime by 45 minutes-an hour, so I happily receive my score now.
You seem to really know your way around, could you Please ask FitBit if they could make the feature like you said it should be? Because I agree! If I start a sleep log before 8pm it absolutely *should* count and work properly, but it doesn’t. 😞
Have a great Sunday, @Rich_Laue and thank you.

Are you getting all the other sleep data?

Yes, I get all my stages info, and the Premium content, too. I’ve been Premium since last Spring, I just love it! I can see all my sleep details, sleeping heart rate, time slept, and as I said the stages are in place. It truly is the time I go to sleep that leaves my score blank. Thank you for your help!

*stress score blank, just to clarify. I do get my nightly sleep score. ☺️
