So I've had my Sense for a little over 3 weeks now. It has recorded sleep data 2 nights and skin temperature data 1 night.
I have tried rebooting both the Sense and my phone (together and separately), disconnecting/reconnecting Bluetooth, varying the "tightness" and position of the Sense on my wrist, and I just really don't know what else to do 😞
I have tried searching the web but nothing has really proven helpful. What can I do to get my Sense to record Sleep Data, Skin Temp Data, Oxygen %, etc.?
I'm open to ideas and suggestions.
Thanks.

Try clearing the cache - it is possible it is a Fitbit App glitch
In Android phone Settings * Apps Fitbit Storage - clear cache [not data] Force Fitbit shutdown [though it doesn't seem to fully] Log back in to the Fitbit app
*Quick Shortcut: Press and hold the Fitbit launch icon, then App info [on some phones] |
Or for IOS uninstall/reinstall the Fitbit App, and redo all notification setup. |
Eventually to verify you can login to the Web dashboard and click settings and device
https://www.fitbit.com/settings/data/export
and request data for Export your account archive [section below Download]
have a look in the Sleep section.

CSV Download won't give you what you want, you need to Request Data in Export Your Account Archive.
