So I've had my Sense for a little over 3 weeks now. It has recorded sleep data 2 nights and skin temperature data 1 night.

I have tried rebooting both the Sense and my phone (together and separately), disconnecting/reconnecting Bluetooth, varying the "tightness" and position of the Sense on my wrist, and I just really don't know what else to do 😞

I have tried searching the web but nothing has really proven helpful. What can I do to get my Sense to record Sleep Data, Skin Temp Data, Oxygen %, etc.?

I'm open to ideas and suggestions.

Thanks.

Try clearing the cache - it is possible it is a Fitbit App glitch

In Android phone Settings *

Apps

Fitbit

Storage - clear cache [not data]

Force Fitbit shutdown

[though it doesn't seem to fully]

Log back in to the Fitbit app

*Quick Shortcut: Press and hold the Fitbit launch icon, then App info [on some phones]

Or for IOS uninstall/reinstall the Fitbit App, and redo all notification setup.

Eventually to verify you can login to the Web dashboard and click settings and device

https://www.fitbit.com/settings/data/export

and request data for Export your account archive [section below Download]

have a look in the Sleep section.

ok, thank you!
I have done the recommended steps, so I guess all I need to do is sleep now 😄
Oh, is there a way to "turn down" or "Turn Up" the "sleep sensitivity"? One of my friends said that they thought maybe I am restless in my sleep and it thinks I'm awake??
Also Oh, I am able to log into the portal and export my data (in the reply it said to eventually do this, I assumed that would happened after I have had a sleep session). I went ahead and logged in and downloaded my data as csv just to take a look at it, sure enough it has data everyday for everything except sleep 😞
Are there any other things I might can try, or repeat trying, and is there any preferred order to try/retry things in?
I will let y'all know how it goes!
Thanks!

CSV Download won't give you what you want, you need to Request Data in Export Your Account Archive.

.

https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile  You can adjust your sleep sensitivity here.
