Hello. Long time fitbit user (+5 years) so I've got a lot of past step, floor, hr, sleep, etc data to draw from, and within the last few months, my Sense has started incorrectly counting floors and it seems to be getting worse (floor count keeps going up week over week). I'm guessing this is a hardware issue, but I wanted to check here first.
Also I'm wondering if the erroneous floor count is inflating calories burned? If so, is there any way to turn it off? I live in a flat area, work in a one story building, and generally don't get many floors on a regular basis. Below screen shot shows increasing floor count (up to string 1500 per week now). Keep in mind that overall actual steps and actual floors were generally consistent or increasing slightly during this period.
And yes, I have disconnected/forgot the watch, rebooted, reconnected, power off/on, updates current, etc.

@PacmanNW , a lot of others are experiencing that as well. It's supposed to be fixed with the next firmware update. Here is another thread on it: Sense is counting too many floors. I don't recall if it impacts calories, but I think someone else has asked that same question.
