My Fitbit used to hold a charge for nearly a week but not it won’t hold a charge for more than a few hours before it’s completely dead, without actively using it.
How do I contact the warranty folks to get my Fitbit replaced?

Its not a fault with the watch - its a fault with the IOS Fitbit App.
You can verify this by turning off Bluetooth on the phone and only enabling it when you need to sync then disable it again - you won't get any notifications or calls though.
Restart the watch and charge it and the battery will last.
Your watch is still under warranty and you can contact Fitbit Support directly if the workaround does not work..

Thank you for the Fitbit Support information. Unfortunately, my watch already does not sync to the app, which renders it half useless as is. This solution won’t work for me (or anyone who specifically buys a smart watch), but I do appreciate the Support information.
