Notifications not coming trough in sense. It says a phone restart required which doesn't work. I have u installed app an it works for maybe a day and then same happens again. I took sense of my account and reinstalled and same thing happens. I have all notifications turned on.phine calls ringing to watch but not my messages or emails? So frustrating. Screen also is hard to get going motion rarely works to turn in screen. Also sometimes will sync others it won't. Alot of problems for a new watch at a high price. I adored my old fitbit

I would call customer service at this point.

When asking in hardware support about the phone it is helpful to include the type of phone.
