New Fitbit Sense does not support English.

I am trying to set up my new Fitbit Sense but keep getting the message Limited Language Support. Alexa & Google Assistant do not currently support English. I live in New Zealand & ordered this through Fitbit NZ. It was sent from China

Could you specify where you got the message? On the watch, the Fitbit app?

If possible could you please attach a picture of the error message?

Seems odd, as Google Assistant and Alexa are supported on New Zealand. 

In the meantime, please make sure, that in the settings on the Fitbit, Alexa and Google Accounts, the right location is set up.

Thank you for following up. I kept trying and finally just ignored the
message (which was on the App) & elected to skip this feature continuing
with the set up. Almost immediately the Alexa screen came up and I was able
to connect without further issues. I guess the error was the error message

I'm glad that everything is working fine. I've notified our team and they will have a look at the error message.
